Tokyo Police Club is starting to collect all the props that The Great White North has to offer. First 2008's Elephant Shell was nominated for a Juno award. Now they've been invited to perform at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C.

The band will join Feist, Malajube, Rural Alberta Advantage, The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Beast, and more, and will perform perform twice during the Olympic festivities – once at the Whistler Live site, outside Vancouver, and once at Holland Park in Surrey. As of today, there are no details on the band's website as to the specific date and time of these performance.
