Metal fans worldwide are surely bowing their heads in reverence today, as Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, drummer for Avenged Sevenfold, passed away yesterday at his home in southern California. The cause of death was natural, according to reports, although the matter is currently under investigation by the Orange County coroner's office. The rest of the band have offered their prayers and love to Sullivan and his surviving family, asking everyone else to "respect their privacy during this difficult time."
