Ah, OK Go. The beloved Chicagoan indie dandies that brought us 2006's "Here It Goes Again". You remember, the video with the guys skating sideways on treadmills? Well, they're going to start their own label and head out on a massive tour this spring. Read on to get the details.

These guys have made quite a name for themselves in a short amount of time. They were featured on the nauseatingly attempt at an indie soundtrack for 2009's New Moon, the cinematic abomination of Stephenie Meyer's second tween vampire love novel in the Twilight Saga. Luckily enough, their most recent album, Of the Blue Colour of the Sky (just released January 15), has garnered outstanding acclaim, with the help of the single, "This Too Shall Pass." Cool treadmill videos, participating in the girly tween dream movie soundtrack, and now their own label. Do these guys have nine arms each or something?

The band has dubbed their new label, Paracadute. Yeah, we have no idea what it means, either, but just roll with it. The cool part? These guys are trying to get even more hands-on approach to the "distribution and promotion functions for the band," as stated in an official press release this week. A band always dedicated to being involved with nearly every aspect of their own promotion, OK Go have taken it a step further. After "parting by mutual agreement with EMI Music," which takes effect April 1st, the band will be making quite a few performances on late-night television, including sets on JImmy Kimmel Live, Late Show With David Letterman, and Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, all slated within the same month.

The band is also set to tour through April and May, with dates at Bamboozle, Sasquatch and Bonnaroo, and more dates to be announced in the future. Check out a full list below.
