In today's issue of Who's On Tour, we have news for you regarding Surfer Blood, Bowerbirds, Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, and Rogue Wave! Get all the details, full lists of tour dates, and some tracks by each artist after the jump!

We were exstatic to learn that Surfer Blood is hitting the road this fall, but even more excited that The Drums will be part of this tour. Surfer Blood set dates for September and October. The tour includes a show at Miami Central, a venue that the band said they would never play again, after experiencing "overzealous security team and snobby promoters." Either way, Miami gets to see Surfer Blood again, and this time, with The Drums on board, it should be an excellent show. Get a full list of dates below.

It looks like Bowerbirds are spending this summer much like the last: documenting their escapades on video! Below, we have for you "Northern Lights," a video which shares all the frolicking, skipping stones, and staring at stars that the group have been doing. Lucky for us, though, they're planning to tour a few dates this fall, so the frolicking will be at a minimum, but for good reason. If they hit a town near you, it would be advantageous to check them out! Tickets go on sale this Friday, and you can get yours here, through Ticketmaster.

Yeah, we know. We're just as upset as you are about Casiotone for the Painfully Alone calling it quits. But the good news? There's a HUGE farewell tour scheduled for this fall, with dates from all across the country, so check out the full list below. It will be your last chance ever to see Casiotone for the Painfully Alone on tour, so be sure to do so. Read this snippet from CFTPA's official MySpace blog post about the farewell tour:

"Between now & December 5, I'm going to try to play as many Casiotone for the Painfully Alone shows as I can. In September & October, I'll be touring the United States & Canada with some good friends from Melbourne, Australia. They're called Otouto & they are so great. Those tour dates are below. Later in October & on into November, I'll be touring Europe & the United Kingdom. That tour is still being booked, but I should have the dates ready to share in a couple of weeks. I'm coming home for Thanksgiving, & then I'm going to try to do something extra special for the big thirteen year anniversary grand finale. I'm not exactly sure what it'll be yet, but I'll let you know as soon as I figure it out."
