The video for "Derezzed," the first single from the 'Tron: Legacy' soundtrack composed entirely by Daft Punk, provides a little nostalgia, a preview of what's to come, and (of course) visuals for one of the best electro house tracks for 2010.

It's simple but effective video. Daft Punk enter the old arcade that Jeff Bridges's character ran in the start of 'Tron,' reactivate the stand-up DEREZZED game and control light-cycles... er... robot horses in a game of joust (which is not to be confused with JOUST, the game with the flying ostriches.). As the track comes to a close, Thomas Bangalter owns up Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and it's revealed that the former's video game character was Olivia Wilde (aka the female lead in Tron: Legacy). What a coincidence.

Overall, the video a good three minutes chock full of references the original 80's movie. The graphics of the vid are definitely more in tune with the original movie's CGI than what we'll be treated to once the movie is released in theaters next week.
