Margot & The Nuclear So And So's, an indie rock band originally from Indianapolis, are set to release their third album, Buzzard, on September 21st via Mariel Recordings, their very own record label.

In lieu of the release, they’ve announced a fall headlining tour beginning on September 17th and concluding on October 15th, appropriately at the Indianapolis Broad Ripple Music Festival.

If you’re a long time Margot fan, expect a different sound from Buzzard. While we haven't heard the record, apparently it's a departure from singer/guitarist Richard Edwards, who reportedly recorded the album in his new home of Chicago in an abandoned movie theater. Edwards then finished recording with two of his Margot bandmates and a bunch of new musician friends from Chicago.
