"Fruitcake" is the first single from Destination...Christmas. The Superions are a group founded by Fred Schneider, the infinitely charismatic frontman of the B-52s. This album gets as close to matching the hectic, robotic quirkiness of albums like Cosmic Thing as anything in the past ten years. Get it for the weirdo in your family here for a measly $5.

YACHT's take on "Fruitcake" leaves all the important parts where they are (like that part where they yell "fruitcake!"), while adding some much needed layers of rhythm guitar. But besides that, YACHT doesn't do much. And it's a good thing because the song doesn't need much.
