Foals released their sophomore album, Total Life Forever, via Sub Pop on June 15th. Currently on tour in Europe, the UK band will support the record in North America with a tour this fall, kicking off in Minneapolis on September 23rd. The tour will also include dates in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Austin, the latter to play this year’s ACL festival on October 10th. Below is the list of confirmed tour dates, with more shows to be announced soon.

The opening acts has’t been officially announced yet, but fellow Englishmen, Esben and the Witch, are scheduled to open for the five-piece at Detroit’s Magic Stick.

As described by Guardian UK, “A Foals gig is a chance for alt-rock kids to get down and sweaty to a band that produces highly danceable music, while preserving indie qualities such as angst and braininess." In other words, a Foals show is fun for skinny jeans-wearing fans, who enjoy nodding their head to the beats, as well as those fans who can’t seem to keep their feet still. Basically, don’t miss your chance to see these guys love because you’ll have fun no matter who you are.

As a major sidenote, the new-album song "Spanish Sahara" was remixed by Deadboy, which you can also download below as well as with a remix of “Miami,” and check out a remix version of “The Hundred in the Hands” too.
