Welcome to the Daily Dose of New Music: Electronic Wednesday edition. Today, we've rounded up five stellar synth-filled tracks from The Chemical Brothers, Kisses, LCD Soundsystem, A1 Bassline, and Blackbird Blackbird. What's more, each of these songs (sans one) has been remixed by some very familiar names from the electro-house community.

The Chemical Brothers
The Chemical Brothers, fresh off the release of their latest record Further, are currently in the middle of a world tour, which will reach the U.S. in late August. The track we're featuring today is a Boys Noize remix of "Swoon," the first single off of Further. The track is a gorgeous combination of ethereal vocals against a backdrop of buzzing synths, and the semi-standard BN bass thump. While this is not necessarily the most banger-esque track in today's DDNM, we have no doubt that the resident clubbers amongst the IYS community will be hearing it mixed into quite a few sets in the near future.

Kisses
One our recent favorite acts, Kisses, has built up an incredible amount of hype without even releasing an album. So far as we know, Kisses does have a debut album in the wings, The Heart of Nightlife but nobody knows when it will be released. We will just have to content ourselves with their two released tracks: the first, “Bermuda” and the new “People can do the most amazing things,” which definitely has a late 80s gentle Depche Mode feel. Now there are also two remixes, one of each song. All four tracks are available on their < a href="http://www.myspace.com/blowkissess">myspace. Pete Wiggs of Saint Etienne remixed “People can do the most amazing things” in a style similar to the music for the Nintendo game “Excitebike.” Keep your eyes open, Kisses just might turn into our era’s Yaz. (Look them up.)

LCD Soundsystem
The track “You Wanted A Hit” is a song that bands must eventually make when they’ve been in the music industry too long and have been pushed, coerced and criticized by everyone from their fans up to the CEO of their label. The original is over nine minutes long but Soulwax, a Belgian electro band who is mostly known for their mash-ups and remixes, have managed to shorten the song down to around seven minutes. The remix is driven by an industrial (literally) sounding heavy bass synths that drives the dancy remix to a new neurological level around 5 minutes into the song. The original beat is still apparent but that sawing synth line is what makes it intense.

In other LCD Soundsystem news, James Murphy of LCD has announced that he wants to go back to producing other people’s music and get down to business with his own label DFA (stands for “death from abroad”). You can check out the new LCD album at the DFA website ( here). DFA includes bands such as Hot Chip, Black Dice, and Prinzhorn Dance School.

A1 Bassline
The guys of A1 Bassline have been causing a big hubbub in the house world recently. Thier latest EP release on Southern Fried Records will do them no harm in that area. Clubbers look out. The shuffling groove and tribal drums of “Close to Me” will leave sweat in your socks.

Blackbird Blackbird
San Francisco’s Blackbird Blackbird gets a new lease on the track “Hawaii” by label mate < href="http://www.myspace.com/teendaze">Teen Daze. Both are on the Arcade Sound LTD label and share an affinity for dreamy musical landscapes. The original “Hawaii,” already full of ambient and swooshy sounds, blurry vocals and tinkling lullaby notes is brought down to earth a bit with a Teen Daze push and a more active beat.
