Last year, we said Bear in Heaven’s Beast Rest Forth Mouth “immediately demands the listener crank the volume, not reach for the EQ,” and that several of the songs “beg to be put on repeat.” It’s no wonder the band decided to create a remix album...a double remix album!

Beast Rest Forth Mouth, an encore of sorts, will be released as a double album, with the original LP packaged with an extra disc of remixes of every track on the album. Grab your copy on September 14, when it will be released by Hometapes.

The remix disc features a pretty diverse list of contributors, including the Field, High Places, Studio, BRAHMS, and Jesu/Godflesh mastermind Justin K. Broadrick, which will surely bring crowds of all sorts to the dance club.

Bear In Heaven have also just announced summer tour dates with Crystal Castles (check out the remix they did of "Celestica" here) and will also tour with Twin Sister and Mountain Man. And the touring won't stop there; they have performances at NYC's South Street Seaport, Pitchfork Fest in Chicago, Capitol Hill Block Party, and Austin City Limits. Check out all the dates below.
