Considering the 24 million dollars "Compton" took in on opening night, it's no surprise a sequel is already in the works.

If you didn't get enough west coast hip-hop history from the N.W.A. biopic "Compton," rest assured that your lesson is not over. Daz Dillinger spoke with TMZ about a sequel of sorts to "Compton," saying that the film will focus on Snoop Dogg, Tupac, Nate Dogg, Kurupt, Warren G and himself. The film is tentatively titled, "Dog Pound 4 Life."

It will be interesting to see how they handle the matter of Suge Knight, the rap mogul who is currently facing murder charges stemming from an incident that happened after he visited the set of the "Compton" movie earlier this year. Knight was instrumental in establishing Death Row Records, as well as jump starting Snoop Dogg's career and snatching up Tupac Shakur.

We should expect to see more hip-hip movies in the near future, as Master P also announced earlier this week that he co-wrote and will be directing a biopic about his rise to fame. "Ice Cream Man: King of the South" is set for a spring 2016 release.
