The man of a thousand voices, Kendrick Lamar, has released a music video for "Alright", off To Pimp A Butterfly.

As much an art piece as a music video, it's shot in black and white and directed by Colin Tilley, whose other directorial credits include videos for Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne. With the track's off-the-cuff references to police violence, the video couldn't not be politically charged - highlights include four cops carrying a car like pallbearers, Lamar and a young boy doing donuts around a cop car, and Kendrick balancing on a traffic light and rapping to a busy intersection. But descriptions don't do the video justice, and the final scene loses its impact if you know it's coming, so check out the video for "Alright" below.
