Drake vs. Meek Mill
Drake vs. Meek Mill
Music Player:

It's been a week since Meek Mill called out Drake on Twitter for not writing his own raps, and the beef between the two is cookin' quickly. Earlier this week Drake released a track directed at Mill titled "Charged Up," and today he has followed it up with another pointed production, "Back To Back Freestyle."

While maintaining some civility, Drake throws some hard but humorous punches at his opponent, including a reference to Mill's opening slot on Nicki Manaj's world tour. “You love her then you gotta get a world tour/ Is that a world tour or your girl’s tour?/ I know that you gotta be a thug for her/ This ain’t what she meant when she told you to open up more.”

Drake also pokes fun at Mill's response to "Charged Up," which consisted of nothing more than a 15 second recording of him screaming. “Waited for 4 days like where yall at? I drove here in a Wraith playing AR-AB. I’m not sure what it was that made yall mad but I guess this is what I gotta do to make yall rap.”

Despite the petty nature of the feud, we can at the very least be thankful that some half decent music has come out of it, and not just poorly worded Tweets.
