Gabe Goodman is a songwriter and musician who, at the tender age of 18, already has two full-lengths under his belt and just released his new two track EP Midnight Sour in January.

Hailing from Newton, Massachusetts Goodman is a gifted and surprising indie pop/electronic artist. Even as an unsigned act Goodman has been consistent in releasing tracks and albums for download on his various sites. The track "Bent Fiction" is the stand-out on the Midnight Sour EP. The track opens with a mellow electronic intro, that expands with more sound from there. Goodman's mildly distorted vocal seems to reach far beyond his 18 years. It is full of a raw emotion that shows his organic talent as a singer and songwriter. The track gets a nice rock vibe when Goodman grunges up the vocal and infuses some guitar riffs. By the end of the track, however, it begins to feel as though all of the feeling conveyed through Goodman's vocal is lost as electronic experimentation seems to take over. Nevertheless, the track is an overall great one and it will be exciting to continue in following Goodman's career.
