Kings of Convenience Tour Cancelled

Streptococcus! H1N1! Penicillin-resistant Bacteria! Of all the dreadful maladies in this world, it would appear that Eirik of the Kings of Convenience has succumbed to none other than than the seasonal flu. What does this mean for all you KoC fans out there? Well, as this article's headline so boldly indicates, the duo's recently announced 2010 tour has now been cancelled.

We know, it totally sucks. Not only were about a third of our staff planning to go out and see them, but Inyourspeakers had actually planned to interview Eirik and Erlend at some point during the tour. Now, we'll just have to wait until June, which is when the Kings of Convenience have tenatively rescheduled their US tour for.
