The mysterious Balearic band jj has taken listeners by surprise with melodic structures that sway with the island palms they perform beside. Their 2009 album nº 2 was nothing short of deserving of all the outstanding reviews it received from various well-known critics. This album was released under their first label, Sincerely Yours. Now that jj has signed with Secretly Canadian, plans for their new LP entitled nº 3 have been set. The 9th of March may seem like a long time, but hey, once jj hits SXWS we'll have plenty of jj to listen to live.
