Some of Brooklyn's finest freak folkers, Here We Go Magic, have set their eyes on June 8 for the release of their highly anticipated next full-length release. This time around, Luke Temple, the sole force behind Here We Go Magic's 2009 self-titled debut, has added a few names to the mix. Kristina Lieberson, Michael Bloch, Jennifer Turner, and Peter Hale will be the backing band assisting Temple with Pigeons. Yes, Pigeons is the title of the record.

2010 sure looks promising for Here We Go Magic. In addition to the upcoming album release, the group has a long list of spring tour dates scheduled, many with White Rabbits and The New Pornographers. Add to that the increasing interest in Brooklyn's now-signature New Weird America sound, and you've got a recipe for delicious success.
