NYC's latest head turning, ear raising, tail wagging quintet are set for a busy year. With an album expected in March, the genre-bending group are getting set to hit the road in support of an upcoming LP release which is expected to add more fuel to the fireball of praise which is being bestowed upon these neofolk contributors.

Ex Z's and Dirty Projectors' member Charlie Looker's latest musical venture, Extra Life, whose forthcoming album Made Flesh will be out March 30th courtesy of LOAF recordings are getting stuck into the year with a US tour and a video release for the single "Head Shrinke." With tags like Dark Neofolk, Abstract Modernism, and Metallic Hardcore being used to describe the group;s sound, as well as a name check from Tyondai Braxton of Battles, it is no wonder these guys are garnering a credible cult following around NYC.
