Animal Collective, on a self-imposed hiatus after one very long and busy year, have kept themselves at the tip of people's tongues in 2010 by staying busy with various side projects. Panda Bear recently premiered an overwhelming amount of new solo material in Germany; the band recently took over the Guggenheim and turned it into a giant performance piece. Most notably, the band have revealed their oft-mentioned, but long-delayed visual album ODDSAC. The film premiered at Sundance to mixed reviews from the film elite; now Animal Collective are bringing their vision of movie magic to us average Joes via public screenings in select cities all over the U.S. Oh, and it's being released on DVD on June 29. You may want to write that down. Look past the jump for the full list of screenings.
