A: Inyourspeakers Media is an online magazine and event production company dedicated to delivering up-to-date news, album reviews, interviews, and event coverage concerning hundreds of musical acts. Since our founding in December 2008, we've drawn most of our coverage from a wide variety of musical backgrounds ranging anywhere from folk to pop to house to a variety of experimental genres. The unifying aspect that pertains to the majority of artists, acts, bands, and producers that we cover is their relationship with independent record labels; we strongly believe that the future of the music industry lies in the independent realm, and part of our mission is to promote these these artists, labels and associated persons. We are currently based out of Amherst, MA and Troy, NY.
